Treatment for issues of Infant Loss, Miscarriages and Bereavment
I have a strong commitment and great dedication to working with those whose lives have been touched by infant loss, stillbirths and miscarriages. My focus is on assisting individuals who are grieving and emotionally effected by their unique and often misunderstood or minimized loss. I can assist in honoring your loved one and the role they play in your life while helping you to process and find a unique and equally special place in your life and heart. I also assist siblings in understanding and grieving their own unique losses.
Children with Chronic Medical Issues or Disabilities
In addition to a solid and broad range of Therapy Practice I also possess 15 years of Medical Social Work in the Pediatric Arena. I have worked extensively with children and their families who are challenged by a chronic medical condition or longterm physical or Developmental Disability. My passion lies within teaching creative and energetic ways of problem solving and coping, that enable both children and families to live their lives as robustly and independently as possible. It is my belief that challenges are not created to cause barriers but as opportunities for creating unique and productive ways to successfully travel along the same road.
